Learning and skills at work 2021

The CIPD learning and skills at work report 2021 explores the trends and practices in learning and skills development within organisations. It provides learning leaders with evidence-led recommendations to transform the learning provision within their organisations.

Early in 2021 YouGov gathered data from over a 1000 business professionals with an active interest in learning and skills. Together with Lizzie Crowley we dug deep into the stories behind the data and the implications for the decisions we need to make today.
