Nine expert predictions for learning and development in 2024

What I really loved about being part of this article was the holistic nature of the nine different predictions. They give us a really broad, well thought out series of considerations rather than series of prediction.

It’s so important to have multiple different perspectives. It’s not one thing or another, it’s how all these things combine and collectively work together. Yes, AI is prominent here, but it’s not just the tool, it’s the application, it’s what it can do for us.

It’s about our mindset. It’s about how we go into this year. And it’s perhaps less about predictions, but more about what we want to manifest in our lives. And that the choices are down to us, rather than what others say will happen or won’t happen.

But ultimately, it’s about our choices-what will happen this year is down to us!
